Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Open the app and tap Play for a solo game against the AI opponents. The in-app Info screen has a full how-to-play walkthrough, opponent guide, and hand rankings.
How does multiplayer work?
From the menu, one player chooses Host and the others choose Join. Nearby players can connect over the same Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth. Everyone sees only their own cards.
I can’t connect to a multiplayer game.
A few things to check:
- Make sure all players are on the same Wi-Fi network for nearby play.
- Confirm TellPoker has permission to use the local network (Settings → TellPoker → Local Network).
- For internet games, make sure everyone entered the exact same room code.
- If a game seems stuck, have everyone leave and rejoin the room.
Is TellPoker real-money gambling?
No. TellPoker is play-money only. There is no way to buy chips, deposit, or win real money.
Does TellPoker collect my data?
No. TellPoker has no accounts, analytics, or ads, and does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
Delete your data
TellPoker stores settings and stats only on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.
